@OwnersforOwners The issue facing trainers is that training costs are increasing fourfold (staff wages/business rates never mind general inflation) yet passing those costs onto owners is hard within the current prize money structure - catch 22 situation - most trainers don't charge enough

It’s like a paradox from Greek mythology/philosophy. If she were good at her job, ie running BHA efficiently, she would not have allowed the payment to be made as it’s clearly a waste of BHA money. So accepting the money should automatically render her ineligible to receive it.
