I attended the #FineGael Ard fheis today, where @SimonHarrisTD outlined he will establish a Cabinet Committee to make change happen for people with disability. And a commitment, by year end that Ireland will finally ratify the optional protocol of the #uncrpd!! @DisabilityFed
