Missed opportunity for @WaterfordCounci not to roll out ♿️🅿️ along the streetside of the quay in Waterford city. Putting 1 bay per 2 rows is tokenism. Plenty of parking spaces for non-disabled drivers. No paintwork yet, so had to roll our our mat. These are the lengths we go to.
