First aid training is the reason we were able to get his heart restarted and him breathing again. First aid training is the reason why he is still alive and his wife is not a widow. It was quite a day.

First aid training should be mandatory for everyone. Every school, every employer should provide it to their people. First aid training is the reason that me and my friend Clare were able to do CPR on our friend yesterday.
