Tomorrow’s the big day! 🥳🥳🥳
End of an era at @SWBHnhs. Started my SLT career at Sandwell & City Hospitals and returned at the start of the pandemic. Last shift on the wards at Sandwell today before it closes on Sunday. Will be working Sunday at @MidlandMetUH as patients are transferred from Sandwell.

Our Stroke services are expanding and we have 2 new Band 6 specialist stroke rehab posts out to advert. Great inpatient rehab MDT with our integrated community stroke services team and general community team bases on the same site for closer team working😊 https://t.co/P8eaOXOy6I

So I’ve been seeing #Banthebeaker come up on my feed and I have thoughts. Agree that beakers shouldn’t be the default for a number of reasons. However, there are numerous people for whom they are useful or their preference! Completely getting rid seems very shortsighted.
