Things like this are why Sunday league refs get lip. The elite don't stamp it out so if they don't respect their colleagues enough to deal with it then why should players?. Btw the Birmingham player kicked the ball away and should have been cautioned as well.

I've now watched a dozen games this pre season from elite down to Sunday league and only one ref has enforced this law. They start a five second countdown, 10 seconds after the keeper caught the ball ffs.
