This year, I have introduced the “bitchslap factor” in my grading at @ArteveldehsGent. As in: “how long will it take before the designer who has to work with your file comes to your workstation and bitchslaps you over the head.” The students understand now. 🙃
Whenever there’s a new “I don’t name my layers lol, who does that?!” tweet going viral, a designer who has to work with those files is quietly crying in the corner.
