It's 1995, 50 years after The Manhattan Project. Ian is listening to his 3 pals rehearse DAYBREAK for their upcoming world tour &, in doing so, becoming witness to the greatest example of fusion since the theory of particle physics was established.

Here are the Roses on Blackpool beach 32 years ago. They've just seen 4000 Reni hats in town & they're wondering whether life will ever be the same. The concert they'll play that night will last for 1 hour but, like any great gig, the memories will last forever.
