It's wild to hear about the cuts that are happening across all media, but specifically today at Business Insider. BI's refocus on business might make sense from a brand perspective, but news, lifestyle and culture coverage was frequently the most read coverage across the site.

Also: @BusinessInsider pubbed this @hblodget story 2 days before laying off 20+ journalists who don't strive to be rich, but do want shelter & food while they work to hold the rich/powerful accountable, tell stories that help the non-rich feel seen & expand all people's minds.
