RCT n=247 preterm with RDS randomized to NCPAP or HHHFNC No differences in time to full feeds or signs of intolerance. Better respiratory outcome in NCPAP group. Type of noninvasive respiratory support does not directly influence feeding tolerance in preterm infants.
