Life is hard. Idk I'm trying my best but it doesn't change how I feel inside..

All I can keep doing is continue to try to create a life for myself that doesn't make me wanna end mine anymore, and that was a struggle even when I wasn't fall apart.

And fuck drinking the pain away. It helps me to open up & People act more understanding if you have feelings or cry with alcohol as your alibi, but it doesn't actually feel better because they're only forgiving in the moment & not when they realize you feel like that sober too.

I've now gone through 4 therapists in less than a year and none have been able to help me. I finally found out I was getting the wrong kind of therapy every time I had a therapist but the last 2 we're the "right kind" and still made me uncomfortable
