Seeing AI art used for Album art honestly just turns me off from wanting to check out the album at all. I'm not saying you have to spend a ton of money to hire an artist or even hire an artist at all. but seeing the AI slop being used just cheapens and nullifies the bands months

@AxiomVerge I've been wanting to play AV for a long time, never did. This weekend I picked it up, random-ass started it and had such a great fun! I'm around 6 hours in. This game was such a fantastic piece of expression. Congratulations!

Been having a lot of fun with Axiom Verge @AxiomVerge. It was well worth the pick-up during the holiday sale! Reminds me of playing Metroid in the 80's & more successfully recreates that aesthetic than others. More so than even Metroid: Dread, for me.

『R・TYPEⅡ』の１ボス、ザブトムのラフ画です。 グリッドを基準にラフを正確に写し取ろうとしてますね。 最近のドットエディターだと、こんなまどろっこしい事をしなくても良いんですが、当時はこのラフを片手にドットエディターにドットを打ち込んでいたんですよ。

I once sent GRRM and email, and he sent a detailed reply. This was in like 2002 or something, so he wasn't such a celebrity yet, but I was still too shy and overwhelmed to respond. IIRC, my email was about how he should take his time writing his novels and not rush. 🤫
I have just received in the mail an un released book by one of my favourite sci fi authors @Nnedi and honestly this is like my version of a Grammy Like if my childhood self was told that one of my favourite writers would send me early copies of a book to get feedback i think
