I can say that the games in question haven’t recouped the cost, but it was more of an emotional thing. I wanted to own my stuff, even if it didn’t make a lot of money. This was before PaperKlay, but they did reach out when I worked on it and asked if I wanted to work together. .

I think I need to be vague in my reply. I thought it was for one game, turns out they got my back catalogue. After I left that situation, it took me 7 months to get a properly reply with a price where I could buy back the rights to my games. 1/2.

I once accidentally sold all IP rights to my games because I didn’t fully understand the contract. For like $1….
