The SIG aims to understand the needs for implementation of pathogen genomics in clinical settings in Australia, NZ, and Singapore. If interested, please submit your EOI to 📨auspathogen-program@unimelb.edu.au, and let us know if your lab is implementing genomics!.

This week, AusPathoGen brought together representatives from each jurisdictional health department around Australia to present on the program's research outputs, and discuss working together to optimise national genomic surveillance approaches. Thank you to those who joined!
