With "return to the office" mandates around the corner at many companies, an outsized advantage any startup has in hiring is hiring for remote, or full-remote roles. Not every company can do this. If you can: be loud and clear that you're one of them.
Back to office announcements are happening and some are not pretty. As a CEO announced a record, $1B profit, on the same all-hands said "if sw engineers all think they can work from home, we can hire someone from Asia and pay them €300." They will have dev attrition problems.

I decided to check out CS193p, and I already learned a new thing just a few minutes in. Turns out, the canonical way to store all of your projects is by creating a ~/Developer folder. Finder has a special icon just for it.
