Meet Timmie Brown. Timmie has been a valued employee for many years. His time dates back to working with Mr. Bryant here at the restaurant. Timmie used to takes scraps of meat, mix them up, and put them between bread, thus the Timmie Brown Scrap Sandwich was born.
