Cancer immunotherapy is complicated, and I've struggled to explain the new science of TLR7/8/9 agonists to non-experts, so I've made this video: A brief history of cancer immunotherapy, for non-immunologists and patients via @YouTube.

I’m delighted to see these positive data, the first randomized clinical trial performed with vidutolimod, the first CpG-A TLR9 agonist! Great news for patients!.

Thank you @bradloncar for the chance to tell how my initial discovery of CpG DNA (TLR9 agonist) 30 yrs ago led to vidutolimod, and how at Zola Therapeutics we've discovered novel RNA/DNA TLR7/8/9 agonists that appear to be a huge leap forward for cancer immunotherapy!.
