Disagree. Just join that MNC but be very proactive with your learning. Ask to change departments or jump jobs after 2 or 3 years. A lot of MNCs (not all) don't really care if you've worked at some random sdn bhd (unfortunately). Also, follow the money, man
This is why I always tell fresh grads to join the smaller firms first, gain a lot of skills, then join the MNCs after to reap the maximum benefits and salary that they can offer
