I seriously found out by listening to podcasts that all the issues I was having were perimenopause systems. I just thought it was a stress from work and my Mom passing away. I tell everyone even remotely in the age range. MRT was a gift from the gods.
I swear to god I am going to make pamphlets will all the major, minor, & possible symptoms of perimenopause/menopause to hand out to women. Because we are not told about these things & doctors don’t warn us or have these discussions. Why is it up to women to inform one another?

In 1994 my district took the cash register out of the cafeteria. After you got your lunch you punched in a code then ate lunch. Nobody knew who got lunch for free. It isn't hard to not shame kids. My sister and her hubby love the time savings in the morning w/ free lunch for all.
