I posted a DA Form 5817-R Standard Range Card on my door in the Surface Maintenance Manager's office to dissuade visitors. πͺπΊπ².
For those whoβve deployed or anyone whoβs actually fired a round in combat did you ever actually use range cards?. Iβm not talking about making them because command was bored or because the manual said so. I mean, did you ever genuinely use one to effectively engage a target?

Every Army mechanic owned a Chevrolet Blazer. Every mechanic. And some non-mechanics. And so many Class IX repair parts for the Army M1008 Chevrolet Commercial Utility Cargo Vehicle (CUCV) mysteriously disappeared from the Army supply system. πͺπΊπ².
This vehicle remains undefeated in war and is one of the few that can make that claim.
