I've been seeing people compare them to each other. Both of them are about a character, however, Andor is more of a political side of Empire and the story of Cassian Andor, and Ahsoka is based around the Rebels canon. Both are great.

The Jedi was on the run and the order fell so that’s why she was saving the one on the mountain. Barriss was in the prison for years so it gives time to think and a new perspective in things. I think Barriss matured, the issue was with the council not every Jedi individually.
