This was a fun one to report. These unedited tapes (available online!) capture glimpses of our superstars as, well, just people.
Pull any tape from the Larry Katz Collection at Northeastern University in Boston, and you'll find any number of surprising gems from the rock stars Katz interviewed in a three-decade career.
