Reserved an uber for airport pick up this morning. At 10:05 my app says 18 mins away, then goes up to 19 mins. Then goes back to 18 mins away. Then at 10:25 I get notified it's cancelled and charged. For what, you didn't arrive at the airport and I didn't cancel @UberUKI_Support

Five @Uber_Support drivers have accepted and cancelled my job so far this morning… if customers do that we get charged. Why not the drivers?

Lesson learnt for using @UberUK - driver told me job was cancelled on his system so I needed to cancel and rebook, I did, got fined £10.90… called them to complain about something straight forward, driver also confirmed issue, woman said it needed to be escalated and hung up.
