They won't be able to use VPNs! The end goal of these legal efforts both here and in the UK is to completely eliminate the ability to consume content anonymously or use the internet anonymously. That's where this is headed if we don't kill these "child safety" laws
What this means in reality is that people, including children, will either use a VPN and access sites that the UK can’t regulate or they will access sites that simply don’t follow UK regulations, and in both cases be far more likely to be exposed to harmful content. And adults
