Our vision is of a secure home for all. For too long,the right of landlords to end tenancies with ‘no grounds’ has undermined that vision. Today’s announcement, to end No Grounds Evictions for both fixed & periodic tenancies is welcomed.We look forward to its implementation.

Wannabe Premier doesn’t know Building Commission NSW regulates building quality. The Commission is working to make sure the new homes we deliver are at a standard people in NSW expect.
Building Minister @AnoulackMP won’t (ie can’t) confirm in Question Time that his agencies advise that the NSW building industry can meet the Government’s housing targets. These are targets without a plan - meaningless unless it’s financially and logistically viable to build.
