I lost the appeal and I am still under a 2 year apprehension of violence order for identifying a male in a female soccer team. I have never named him, met him or asked others to target him. But I guess if they can redefine the word "woman" why wouldn't they redefine the word

Again, people (children!) punished for telling the truth. This is how they make demands and control speech; by threats of punishment for non-compliance.
The troubling stories continue to roll in. I have been contacted by a mother whose 13-year-old child was given a 5 day suspension for refusing to refer to a male teacher who wears dresses as ‘Miss’.

Bookmarking for next time I get the "Well non feminine women are getting harassed so we shouldn't have safeguards ever!" excuse. I remember seeing a non-com once that made me do a double take, but just a second of consideration was enough for me to confirm she was female. NBD 🙄.
Funny thing. In the 5 decades I’ve been misgendered in the ladies bathroom not once did I ever think that the response should be letting men into our spaces. I am not their keycard entry into women’s spaces.

More proof why this is SO IMPORTANT we get our rights back: men are SUING REAL WOMEN for not complying with their demands to be called something they're not. They are using the courts to compel speech. We lose all freedom to discuss women's issues if we can't recognize real women.
*** COURT CASE UPDATE *** Tomorrow is the day I am being dragged into court - sued for defamation/libel by a "trans woman" - i.a. for "misgendering" him. He still claims it constitutes "harassment" of him, but he has backed down on his claim that my "misgendering" of him is.
