My reputation does not precede me on Twitter owing to, amongst other things, having a subpar following population (n=108). However, I hope it is this negligible number and not a #signofthetimes that in 9hrs I had no responses to my pensiveTweet.

With real challenges of staffing, heightened acuity, ageing populations, diminished resources and funding, burnout and challenges from the last few years, a Twitter scroll can be dispiriting night time reading. Please reply with something from healthcare provision that is buoying.
