Earlier today, one of our officers was shot while protecting our subway system. I am relieved to report he is in good condition now, and we have arrested the suspect who put so many lives in danger. I cannot thank these officers enough for their bravery.

Very happy to share that my article, Family Regulation's Consent Problem, will run in @ColumLRev! I argue that fam reg "consent" searches regularly violate the Constituion. . . & that the Constitution is a woefully incomplete solution to surveillance of marginalized communities.

The continued mismatch between @Columbia’s actions and the alleged harms remains baffling to the point of bad faith. And the tragedies the president laments below seem the predictable outcomes of her actions. I’m a proud alum, but I do not have faith in this administration.
