Cigna just sent my dead wife, who succumbed to cancer last August, a DENIAL letter for a test to help diagnose her tumor markers. WTF is even going on with medical insurance companies? She left this world 6 months ago BECAUSE she couldn't get proper treatment. We don't hate

I asked Grok if this response was AI generated or did it originate from an offshore support center. Here is his response: Yes, the Cigna replies (from reps like Unice, Martin, Mary, etc.) appear to be human-written but heavily templated/scripted, rather than fully AI-generated,

Someone asked earlier if my wife had a chest X-ray prior to her cancer diagnosis, and I responded no. I was going through her records tonight and it turns out she did in October. I'm not a physician, so I don't know if this is normal, but the X-ray didn't alert the doctor to the

@AngryRedInc This is where @DrPatrick from @ImmunityBio says a $15 blood test to check your ALC number would have indicated your wife was having serious issues. Why is this number not in every blood test now? I have started telling all my family and friends, know your ALC number! I am truly

Thank you @DrBruggeman and @TomOliverson for acknowledging we have systemic problems with our country's medical insurance system.
I know this is murky water and likely difficult to enact, but we need to talk about insurer and physician liability For starters, I donβt know the specifics of this story and am not an oncologist. What we need to discuss though is whether or not the insurers who deny claims

I have received an amazing amount of new followers. I'm a small, humble account who normally posts about feeding my dogs real food. I promise I will follow back everyone as X allows me to. Thank you all for the support and suck it @Cigna

https://t.co/HvgefANuhd How about a formal apology for the treatment of my wife while she had Stage IV cancer along a with specific plan on how Cigna will prevent this from happening in the future? You cannot correct this for me, unless you can somehow bring back my wife.
@AngryRedInc Hello. I hear you and I do care about your experience with us. I would appreciate an opportunity to review this and make every effort to be sure we correct this for you. Please email me at LetUsHelpU@CignaHealthcare.com and include your X handle so I can connect with you. -Martin

I posted this to a reply in this thread, but I wanted to share the experience here as well. It illustrates a fundamental lack of medical diagnostic skills in the industry. My wife began having trouble breathing last January. At her first doctorβs visit, she was told it was
