I like to listen to classical music in the background because it is often soothing, not distracting and quiet. But once in awhile, some wise acre throws the William Tell Overture into the playlist and that blows all the quiet, soothing and not distracting away. Delightful, yes.

I just did the math on this and see why it doesn't happen. Not enough kids. They would have to send kids that don't need to be there. I still think there should be a classroom or two in one school in the city for these kids.

We need to bring back reform schools. There are a small numbers of extremely disruptive students, mostly boys, in every school that nothing seems to work to deter. First we did away with reform schools, then we did away with suspending kids for very bad behavior. I'm mean kids
