It is extremely troubling to see the errors and omissions in care that led up to the tragic deaths of Grace O’Malley-Kumar, Barnaby Webber and Ian Coates. Our thoughts are with all who love them.

Many will still be feeling the effects of the past week's racist and Islamophobic violence. While the immediate threat of disorder seems to have lessened, the fear may still be very present. We know that racism can have a 'weathering', eroding effect on our mental health.
