Sorry to learn of the passing of Martin Smyth, former Ulster Unionist MP for South Belfast. I had the pleasure of spending time with Martin at the Somme in 2013. My thoughts are with his family circle and many friends at this sad time.

⚡️ NIE advise me 509 homes in the BT38 8 area of Carrickfergus are currently without power due to a circuit fault. Engineers are tasked to the site and expect to begin work to restore electricity as soon as possible. Thank you to the residents who made me aware of this issue.
