Just got back from the @Minecraft movie. Blown away by how unapologetically goofy and fun it is. My kids and their friends can’t stop talking about it and that’s always a good sign! Here’s hoping I can convince @DarkHorseComics to let me write a few more books in the overworld!

Not saying the Alpha-Legion were good guys, and not saying there’s a real world equivalent. But given today’s global climate, it seemed somewhat relevant and perhaps even hopeful that evil running rampant might cause it to last a shorter spell than if it hid behind the curtain.

They did this not because they agreed with him nor worshipped the ruinous powers, but in the hope his victory would cause so much chaos it would lead the forces of evil to burn out faster than had it been left to fester behind the scenes. Thus helping the galaxy survive.
