When @AAGDhillon testified before my subcommittee, we discussed how Corporate America and Big Law are discriminating via DEI. She and @andrealucasEEOC are fighting illegal discrimination. I will hold more hearings on this in the New Year. 🧵

This is the first Administration committed to true equality and merit. But they can’t do it alone. You need to act within your own spheres of influence. People with legal claims need to sue to remedy their harms.

.@USEEOC and @CivilRights are great partners. PSA: No matter where you work, you MUST file a charge with EEOC to be eligible to sue under Title VII. If you work or apply to a business (both publicly-traded and privately-owned ones), a non-profit, a private university, etc.—file
If a PRIVATE employer discriminates on the basis of race/sex, @andrealucasEEOC's outfit has primary jurisdiction. If a PUBLIC employer does this, her agency can investigate/conciliate, but @CivilRights takes on the litigation. Reach out to either of us -- we talk daily! 🤨

This is a massive shift, with the federal civil rights office now explicitly naming the problem of anti-white racism and calling on individuals to take action. Andrea is a the real deal, so if you have a complaint, get in touch with her.

This is why the Trump administration has so dedicated itself to eradicating racist discrimination. We've eliminated funding for DEI, required government grantees to certify that they're not engaged in DEI, fired a number of DEI employees, and asked the great @HarmeetKDhillon to

A lot of people think "DEI" is lame diversity seminars or racial slogans at NFL games. In reality, it was a deliberate program of discrimination primarily against white men. This is an incredible piece that describes the evil of DEI and its consequences: https://t.co/fMiIfvz0qz

@JDVance Absolutely right @JDVance. And precisely because this widespread, systemic, unlawful discrimination primarily harmed white men, elites didn’t just turn a blind eye; they celebrated it. Absolutely unacceptable; unlawful; immoral. @USEEOC won’t rest until this discrimination is

Most of crypto’s staking infrastructure is still running on the same cloud platforms used for consumer apps. That’s a problem. As institutions move deeper into staking, outages, opaque performance, and compliance blind spots aren’t just technical issues - they’re dealbreakers.

You are 100% right that we need people to speak up. Discrimination against white males is unlawful race and sex discrimination. There’s no “permissible” or “good” form of discrimination. I encourage you to reach out to my office.
I no longer care about the stigma, nor the views of those who impose it. Nothing will change unless people speak up & say, 'No, it's actually not okay to remove people from a search or hold them to a different, higher standard because they're white or, worse, white & male."

As Chair @USEEOC, let me be clear—this is a story chock full of unlawful discrimination. There’s no DEI exception to the bar on race and sex discrimination. We need courageous employees / applicants to speak up to help attack and remedy this misconduct.
Beginning in 2014, prestige industries decided they urgently needed to diversify. They didn’t purge established Boomers. Instead, they did everything possible to avoid hiring white millennial men. This is the story of a generation derailed by DEI. https://t.co/kUfmpHfaMH
