Just released a video testing if AMD's Fine Wine is still real and happening with newer cards, testing the FIRST RDNA3 drivers (22.12.1) versus the latest ones (24.5.1).
To see how it went, watch the video down below :D
Guys, I don't want to play the victim or anything, but it is a bit frustrating that after all these years of working my a*s off in/for this channel, I still need to buy almost EVERYTHING that I review regarding CPUs, GPUs, Motherboards, etc.... I even reached out to some brands
This is EXACTLY what I mean when I tell people that most "AMD GPU issues" are in fact NOT AMD issues, but instead user ones. Props to the person here that was actually very kind and didn't start "screaming" how bad AMD was.
People, I believe the last post deserves a follow up, and I sincerely never thought it would have so much traction as I was only kind of "letting it out" of my chest (the frustration I mean). It seems that it has done more than I ever expected it to do, and I actually got in
Just want to thank
@AMD
for sending these two to test! Was already testing other CPUs for more benchmarks (with the usual productivity and now trying to put AI as well). And now we have the 7500F & 7900X3D as well!
Cheers people!
It feels like this video took YEARS to make haha, hope you enjoy it and can leave your like to support the channel!
Now sharing the video about RDNA2 vs RDNA3 in terms of performance, IPC, boost frequency (etc.) with several cards (like the 6650XT vs 7600, 6800 vs 7800XT,
Just released this video showing how ONE settings can lead to a subpar CPU performance, especially with lower end CPUs and NVIDIA cards! Lay an eye on this one!
When you buy Thermal Paste from the official Noctua Store on Amazon ES, and it comes perfectly sealed, BUT without the actual thermal paste 😂😂
This never happened to me before, but I guess I need to buy a new one and send this one back.
@chaosfavslut
Vergonha alheia é postares isto cheia de razão sem perceber ponta de economia, mais ou menos como a malta de esquerda que achas que existem serviços "gratuitos". É mesmo triste a lavagem cerebral
Just released one of the videos I liked doing the most so far (I always like doing RAM benchmarking haha).
1x32GB vs 2x16GB vs 4x8GB, explaining the differences in between RAM channels, CPU channels, memory ranks and so on, and then showing benchmarks in productivity and gaming
Currently working on a video where I try to test RDNA2 vs RDAN3 IPC wise by locking both the 6950XT and 7900GRE to a certain frequency (on both core and VRAM). I am going to add some tests with the RX 6800 and 7800XT as they're both identical as well, but we do have some really
Just letting you guys know I haven't released any videos these days as I was working on several ones at the same time, like this CPU comparison that will hopefully come out tomorrow! (5700X3D vs 7500F vs 7600X). I also have ready a monitor review of a $250 34" 1440P Ultrawide
@deltaponto
Quando acontece isto com o Chega (que é quase sempre) não se passa nada, quando apertam com individuos minimamente duvidosos com conexões duvidosas como o PNS já "atacam ferozmente" e são uns "animais". A dualidade de algumas pessoas é de rir!!
Just released a video comparing Ryzen 7 5700X3D, Ryzen 5 7500F and Ryzen 5 7600X to see how they perform in terms of Productivity and Gaming, and I am pretty sure some of you will be impressed!
Cheers :D
Currently working on a small comparison of TAA vs FSR vs XeSS, should I do a short video of how to install XeSS 1.3 in games supporting previous versions of it?
Cheers
@AesirMalos
Dude, seriously, you need HELP if you can't see a difference going from 30 to 60, damn, even 60 to 90 is a major difference, let alone DOUBLE the framerate...
Just released my first CPU comparison in over an year! Now delivering better charts, with more info (with more games AND productivity tasks as well).
Let me know what you think!
Am I the only one that thinks animations quality in games are of a higher priority then graphics? I've recently seen lots of games with good graphics, but the poor animations are just a BIG no for me... they break the experience...
It seems that after several flawed FSR3 Frame Generation implementations (TLOU, Robocop, Thaumaturge, etc.) we have another recent WELL DONE implementation, showing once again that when developers want to, they can make things right.
Cheers to Fort Solis developers!
This is the RTX 4070 playing NFS Unbound, running 100-120FPS at 1440P and IMMEDIATELY throttling to 60-65FPS when going to 1440P Ultrawide due to its limitations.
This is not a VRAM bottleneck, but instead a lack of PCIe width one I believe
Just released the review of the most recent Adrenalin drivers (24.5.1) that bring performance enhancements for Ghost of Tsushima, important fixed issues and more!
Finally releasing the promised video testing the RX 7900 GRE vs RTX 4070 Super (also including the 7800 XT in the name of science).
Which card would you pick?
Just released this video of the new FSR3 Implementation in Ghost of Tsushima, that seems like a BETA version of FSR 3.1 as we now have FSR3 Frame generation Decoupled, meaning you can use FSR3 FG with native TAA, XeSS or even DLSS!
Just released the so long awaited overclocking and undervolting guide for the RX 7900 XT cards, and you guys only had to wait a year haha.
Now seriously, hope this helps as usual.
I believe I achieved a VERY good video here. To the point, explaining things and showing results in both productivity and gaming. Will come out tomorrow :D
When will
@AMD
fix this poor performance on Forza Horizon 5, where the EARLIER GEN is FASTER than the new one?
This did an awesome job improving the perf in Guardians of the Galaxy, it is time to fix this as well!
Just letting you guys know that THIS video that you requested (retested RX 7900GRE vs 4070 Super) will release tomorrow. I also included the RX 7800XT since I thought it was worth it :D The RX 7900 GRE OC/UV tutorial will also be released tomorrow alongside some really
@esferomina
Esta senhora sabe e conhece o fascimo... já tu? Nem idade para conheceres a vida tens...
Entretanto ela vota Chega e tu não dizes pão... vês a diferença?
@ClownWorld_
ALL nature is "hunt or be hunted" and vegans are trying to somehow justify things. Don't like it? Great for you mate, but you should not push our agendas to others
This one will most likely be out tomorrow, interesting how we got around 40FPS without touching the timings. When changing the subtimings/timings as well, even 6400MHz was faster than 8000MHz XMP. Very interesting!
@pedro____world
Tirar a faca do agressor? Não
Imobilizar que estava a bater no agressor? Sim
Agentes da Polizei à beira (mulheres)? Parecem fugir a sete pés em vez de ajudar
Resultado? Policia morto... e não morreram mais porque não calhou...
I am really happy to bring back CPU benchmarks to the channel, starting with 5700X3D vs 5800X3D vs 7800X3D and also adding productivity benchmarks, such as CB24, Blender, 7-Zip, Photoshop and Premiere!
Tomorrow will be releasing a video about Overclocking, Undervolting and Power Draw on the RX 7900 XTX.
The video will focus mainly on:
- Performance per watt
- Boost Clocks
- Locked FPS Power Draw
It won't be anything too fancy, but I believe it will help.
Cheers!
Guys, I am not "mad" or something, don't take this post the wrong way. All I am is a bit frustrated and disappointed, but that's about all. I will still be doing what I've been doing so far, getting things, testing them, and showing you results. Cheers!
Just released a video showing how you can Install/Update XeSS 1.3 in your games, and man, overall, it is MUCH better than the current implementations we have. Check it out!
@facegamefps
So, you're telling us that the fact Ryzen 9000 series can push FCLK to 2400MHz and ram to 6400MHz on 1:1 ratio means nothing? Also, if you do the same as you do on the Intel side (decoupling) you can also get 7200MT/s+ on the Ryzen 7000 CPUs, damn man, it must hurt being you...
Finally it is out! RX 7900 GRE vs RX 7900 XT vs RTX 4070Ti Super! Some really interesting results here as usual, including rasterization, Ray Tracing and Upscaling!
@amdradeon
Now, Cyberpunk seems to still be on the "payroll" not releasing fsr3 on the game (not even after 3 months) and even making fsr 2.1 looking worse than it did before. The CD Projekt we know is dead.
@JebraFaushay
I am not gonna lie, I would do a DNA test haha, BUT, on the same hand I have a friend who was born ginger and none of his parents are. He had although a great grandmother that was ginger. Not even is brother is haha
@ItsJustVV
You have something off there. Tested lots of GPUs with the 7900X3D (that is even worse than the 7800X3D in that regard) and it played smoothly
Just released a video showing you that FSR3 Frame Generation can be installed in Hellblade 2, and even the upscaling works BETTER... More FPS and better Quality, what a wombo-combo haha.
FSR 3.1 has been announced some hours ago, and seems to FINALLY that a step-up in terms of upscaling, while adding requested features like Frame Generation being decoupled from upscaling!
People, just letting you know that CPU benchmarks will be coming to the channel once again very soon (i had several CPU benchmarks years ago). Including several new games, but also productivity apps like Blender, Premiere Pro, Photoshop & More! Eager to start bringing you some
@yourvenicebich
Quando vier uma possível guerra (esperemos que não claro) quero ver quem nos defende... Serviço obrigatório deve existir aqui ainda, tem coisas "más" claro, mas também tem os seus pontos positivos
@amdradeon
Is it me, or AMD is somehow completely neglecting FSR3 and going full steam over the Fluid Motion Frames? I still believe that FSR3 working with VRR would be much better...
@sherkelman
@AMD
@AMDGaming
@Radeon
@RadeonPRO
Just give us:
- FSR 3.0 Hints
- Rasterization perf (real charts, not like NVIDIA lol)
- RT Perf.
- Reasonable price
And I won't even talk about power consumption as I am certain RDNA3 will be far more efficient than Lovelace
Just released the second part of the Hellblade 2 benchmark, this time on mid-tier GPUs, still with TSR, DLSS and Frame Generation at 1080P, 1440P & 4K :D
@coreteks
Well, i have a daily system including for work (youtube) and gaming and I've had exactly zero problems. Stable, solid and performing well, maybe you got a defective motherboard
@ayxerious
That guy is literally the biggest Intel fanboy I've ever seen...like...ever. In a discussion we had months ago he started insulting me after I proved him time after time after time that the 7800X3D was a much better gaming CPU then the 13900K, after that, I blocked him
@CapFrameX
They do cry, but there's also the ones that cry over the cry babies...Don't "feed" the plot.
Performance is getting better (improved boosts and voltages on 22.12.2), RT is not bad at all apart from NVIDIA sided titles (Control, DL2, CP2077...) Things are moving in the right way
This time testing the FSR3 / FSR3 Frame Generation implementation in the Last of Us: Part 1.
What's your experience with FSR3 in this game? Let me know.
I, this time, made a HUGE video of 40 games tested on the RX 7900GRE for interested people to see how it performs in several games, with and without upscaling and Ray Tracing!
@HardwareUnboxed
Since the RDNA3 arc could use more physical units and (in theory) scale well, I think it is true... BUT, who would buy that crap at 550W+ power draw?
Just letting you know that if you're looking for some computer fans, these are most likely the ones you want.
I bought 6 of these recently and they're the best price/performance fans I've ever seen! Silent, good airflow, ARG (if you like it), have daisy chain for both fan and RGB
4 Months have passed and
@IntelGraphics
GPUs still perform like this on Starfield. Horrible Frame Times, horrible FPS numbers, and all of this on a card that should be at least on par with these. Well, video comes out tomorrow (05/01/2024).
Just released a video analizing the recent results MICRON has shared with us about Top class GDDR6 (7900XTX) vs GDDR6X (4090) vs GDDR7 (5090).
Lay an eye on it.
Just released a video comparing the RX 7600, 7600 XT and RTX 4060, now in PRODUCTIVITY and GAMING benchmarks (including Ray Tracing). In your case, which card would you get?
We get some interesting results here.
Its a new year, so I think the channel needed a small revamp in both channel picture and banner.
Just sharing it as I think it is an improvement from the earlier ones :D
People were complaining they couldn't install the new AMD Chipset drivers, but it seems the new download is already on, as mine installed with no issues whatsoever. The only drivers that changed compared to the previous version (at least to my X670) were the PSP and Promontory
An example of what game optimization can do! From a stuttery mess to a playable experience in Cyberpunk 2077, with MUCH higher FPS numbers. Intel also brought more performance for games like F1 2022, Deathloop and Dead Space, which will be included in tomorrow's video :D Cheers!
And here we are again! This time testing Several RAM Frequencies with the Ryzen 7 8700G IGPU (Radeon 780M) to see how much performance we can get out of this APU :D
Just released this video testing the new UPDATE of NVIDIA's app, where they added the option to overclock your GPU automatically and FINALLY added AV1 codec to their own suite, also available with 120FPS :D
