This is Inkie’s design from five years ago. He said it was “embarrassing to think it's ok to release this fraudulent version of my original carnival design” and that “adding guns to a fake version of my graphic is offensive”. The Carnival team has been asked for a comment.

Important 🧵👇 from @bristoldefenda1 on the sentences yesterday of 4 young protesters from the #Bristol 2021 #KillTheBill protests ✊🖤❤️💚💜 https://t.co/28TRpCNuDs
4 people were sentenced in court today in Bristol for the KTB uprising 2 years ago. Thankfully 2 people had their sentences suspended and were able to walk free. But our thoughts go out to the 2 that received 4.5 and 6 year sentences and are currently sat in a prison cell.

Feeling really annoyed and let down by planning enforcement today. I just don’t understand how @BristolCouncil incompetence can mean an ancient hedgerow is allowed to be destroyed. Make it make sense! Don’t remove the Yew Tree hedge for a gate @_davidjames

This article by @netpol last week gives an overview & analysis of the 'Stripping away of our rights to dissent' by the Tory Govt (often back by #Labour 😠) over recent years. Time to organise, educate & resist! #defenddissent #protestrights
