I'm a therapist and our end of it is like this. Me: How are you? Client: Good! Me: Wow, tell me about that! OR Me: That wasn't very convincing! OR Me: THEN Client: Okay I'm not actually good
My therapist always starts our session with βHow are you?β and I always say βIβm good!β and then spend the next hour talking about how I am decidedly Not Good.
