Financial pressures and cutbacks in the courts were very well illustrated in 2 person Court of Appeal when we were told by the Court that due to cuts they had to share a copy of the White Book and furthermore it was a 2022 White Book

I joked with @JoeRainer_ about how glad I was the Supreme Court waited until just after I landed from holiday to hand this down. I’ve now barely managed to acclimatise before @michael_allum has published a (comprehensive) summary doing my homework for me!
