Would you be shocked to know that the SEC was queried ahead of the corporate action? We were told that in order to process the corporate action that FINRA needed to speak with SEC Ft. Worth prior to allowing the corporate action to move forward. To my knowledge that
@MMTLPTeaser8000 @FINRA The SEC admits nothing, but the SEC was investigating Brda and Palikaras and chose to ignore the investigation to make the S1 for the spin off effective. The SEC most likely played a role in convincing FINRA to also ignore the reasons to NOT process the $MMTLP Corporate Action.
