A thought….How come Surgical trials use survival as an endpoint more often than systemic therapy trials?🤔🤔🤔. Example 1: MSLT2 vs CheckMate238. Disclaimer: no, i haven’t done any analysis (yet)… . Patients care about survival and QoL, not non-relatable surrogates.
