Things like getting stronger or producing more power don’t have to be complicated Instead of bouncing between different programs, actually try one for a few months Consistency and intent is what makes athletes elite If you want be stronger, actually try to lift heavier weight

Chronic fatigue Headaches Lack of concentration…? Get your spine checked for subluxation. C1, T1, L1, S1 Disturbance of your glandular system causes compression and inflammation in your spine. When your brain and body can’t communicate well, you get dysfunction.

When dealing with INJURY You can never isolate one body part Treatment to one area is fine but the entire kinetic chain has to be considered The fascial connection intertwines regions you would never expect An old injury will surely create compensation elsewhere if not fixed

Athletes will: - Not eat breakfast - Eat fast food - Not hydrate sufficiently - Sleep poorly - Run miles at their sport practice - Practice/play 6x per-week all year Then get hurt & blame the weight room as the reason why We have to continue to change the thought process
