It's kinda copium, but you can melt all Dehya's slow E hits with enough cryo. That's about 600%-800% meltable damage depending on how many times you trigger her off field pyro.
That's said, it's still sad coz she barely beat C0 reactionless pyronado (1330% multiplier)

As an artist that draw in anime style as well as anime-style game fan, no they aren't lol.
Anime as a genre doesn't have a whole lot of significant distictions between styles and shows, much like 3D Disney princesses in the past few years.
