we went on a crazy coffee side quest after this because farmer friend heard I was interested in Taiwanese coffee, said “I know a guy,” and drove us a solid hour out to have coffee at his roaster friend’s house. turns out she has a PhD in coffee roasting????? It was INSANELY tasty
