Indo Netizens love to make fun of tech bros. Emang bener we did dumb stuff — bakar duit jutaan dolar, company ga profit, founder scammers, etc. But we also built QRIS, Gojek, Traveloka, Vidio, Tokopedia, dll. yang bikin hidup lu semakin nyaman and created millions of jobs.

My take is; TC $60k/bulan ini ada factor hoki yg besar. Lagi tech boom, masuk Facebook early ketika valuenya masih murah. This being said, TODAY IS THE BEST TIME untuk dapet hoki yg sama ky gitu. Ini jg lagi tech-boom (AI boom), cari deh tuh perusahaan AI yg masih early stage
Wis rampung nontonny. Buset gaji 60kUSD per bulan ini brutal juga ya. I thought only quant can get that much atau level VP lah. Not IC. Especially not for <10yoe IC. I lived in a bubble. Mmg di atas langit masi ada langit.

We also had electrician in oil and gas. One who built rockets for Moon mission, or bomb on Hiroshima or MRI in hospital As long as world runs on electricity based thing- they will always need electrician. This aint a case of RE vs FF. Nor a moral case of certain jobs.
My brother is an electrician who works in offshore wind. He sent me this photo of the largest turbine installation vessel in the world. Skilled jobs, good pay, & secure futures. While fossil fuels shed jobs & destroy the planet, renewables are delivering for the working class.
