My app is validated by someone else who has done it. There are gaps though that I can easily fill. After speaking to just one customer I found out braindump to post isn't the attractive thing but learn about me enough to generate post ideas for me. And then walke though the.

Yeah thankfully, I cancel my claude subscription immediately after i pay. might try out codex or go back to cursor. any recommendations?. @claudeai you're losing all of us real developers fast. I mean the guys who actually can code and won't just keep banging their heads.
Maybe this will make some people try other models. Too many people put up with everything that these companies do, so they get away with anything.

I agree with this so much. Ship fast is for your MVP. Get it out fast and in the hands of your customers. But then don't give up and don't work on another idea as shiny as it might seem. I'm locking in on yapwriter dot com till the end of the year. Make decisions based on.
Shipfast is dead. Last year I built 10 different projects, some made $500+ and some made $20k+. A better founder could have scaled any one of these projects to $10k+ MRR a month. My problem was simple. I believed a business idea was not good unless it grows viral like a tik

I think I might have to build a locked in dashboard to manage this all. Just got done with business marketing. Now for app marketing. 50 dms/emails done, 50 more to go.
50 warm/cold dm/email per day (mon-fri).250/wk.1000/month. started today. by dec 31st, I would have spoken to 4000 people about my ai agency and yapwriter. doing the 4,4,4. 4 hours marketing and building in morning, 4 hours part-time, 4 hours marketing and building. more volume.

So I learnt from @jackfriks course that marketing isn't about selling your product first. Just make people laugh or educate them and put a call to action and they'll naturally go check things out. changed my mindset drastically.
