Posting videos daily has made me bipolar. When posts do well I’m happy and hopeful. When posts flop I’m miserable. I’m typically pretty good at controlling my emotional response to things. But it’s so easy to fall into the trap of letting views, likes, and comments become.

Imagine if part of the launch day was a live stream that was super chill, were founders that were launching could hop on with Dago, or the host. They could answer questions live about there product and talk shit. There could be live data shown about the launches, like views.
I want every launchday to be exciting so I will limit it a lot :.- not do it too often, 2x per month max.- not too many products, 10 per launch seems good.- not too expensive so every indie hacker has a chance. So the only way to scale will be to increase price of sponsorship. I.

Building an iOS app makes my feel like a complete piece of shit. I have never taken this long to ship anything but it is so much more intricate than a website… . I could have shipped this project as a web app in one weekend, but I’m on day 30 now.
