Apparently, you can’t out-cardio a bad diet. I went from 83kgs to 90kgs, even though I played football 2 times a week + 1 or 2 gym days. Lesson learnt. Now I need to diet to get back to 83, or even 80kgs.

Ppl assume you're not working if you're very active on X. But it literally takes 1-2 minutes to post. Most of the time I don't even open X. I use Typefully. This way, I don't get distracted. I post and get back to work. Then later, when I have time to waste, I come to check the
