The theme for #carersweek this year is #caringaboutequality - highlighting inequalities young carers face around their health and wellbeing. We hosted a yoga and wellness session for carers to promote this and support them. Thank you to @LivEveryPlay for hosting us! 🧘♀️☕️🧁
