Today’s Breakfast club we had delicious & easy to make flapjacks and muffins. To make the flapjacks a bit more on the healthier side,dark chocolate was used,alongside with oats.For the muffins brown sugar was used instead of white. #HealthyEating #breakfastclub @GMIT_Nutrition

We made healthy blueberry muffins and coconut brownies. Honey/maple syrup instead of sugar. Fats such coconut/veg oil. Wholemeal& coconut flour as healthy alternatives. They are high fiber treats which can be made in under 30min. @GMITOfficial @GMIT_Nutrition #healthysubstitutes

Today's Breakfast club we made Breakfast cookies! Good source of healthy fats with Cashew nuts & peanut butter. Made using everyday ingredients.We took a traditional recipe and made it healthy! Turmeric has anti inflammatory properties which can help skin conditions@GMITOfficial

For Breakfast Club today we looked at incorporating chickpeas. So we made mini chickpea quiches as well as chickpea protein balls.This healthy breakfast will help set us up for the day. They are high in Protein, healthy fats and fibre. Quick and easy to make for on the go.
