Congratulations to Chelsea Howd, a first year masters student in my lab, for winning the student poster award from the @ABCT_SSI_SIG! Not only did she present her poster, but also gave a talk about the work she did while in the @ATRP_LSU lab. @PsySciencesWKU

Hi Everyone, We are looking for pediatrician’s experience with and knowledge about suicide risk assessments. The survey takes about 5 minutes to take. Please RT so we can find some pediatricians! Bonus points if they are in Mississippi! https://t.co/KYq1jbMyi1

Hi grad programs! If your letter of recommendation portal requires me to rate a student's "emotional stability" or similar, I will endorse everyone's "stability" as "once-in-a-decade" until you remove this stigmatizing and frankly embarrassing (for clinical psych programs) item!

Just finished 2 media interviews for this paper! Excited that there is interest, and talking with folks always sparks additional thoughts & ideas. Thanks to the @NJGVRC for prepping me! Talking to the media is not a skill we often learn in grad school, but I'm so glad I am!
1/3 Just published‼️ @alekskarnick, Dan Capron, @PsychBrownBag and I looked at who may be falsely denying firearm ownership.

A vital way to show students that you care about these issues is to work with the faculty senate about actually implementing a ZERO tolerance policy for sexual assault. It’s a shame that it is 2023 and those found guilty of sexual assault allowed back on campus within two years.
